Good bye Google Code :( or :) because anyone know about Google Code Search ?.. !!!

Google Code is joining the Google product graveyard, project creation disabled March 12, 2015

Google has announced today(March 12, 2015) that it is shutting down its project hosting service, Google Code. Its main competitor GitHub has long been seen as the ubiquitous code and project management platform, and even Google itself has long been moving its own open source projects “to meet developers where they are.” Google says that project creation on Google Code is already disable.

Beginning today(March 12, 2015), we have disabled new project creation on Google Code. We will be shutting down the service about 10 months from now on January 25th, 2016. Below, we provide links to migration tools designed to help you move your projects off of Google Code. We will also make ourselves available over the next three months to those projects that need help migrating from Google Code to other hosts
In August of this year, Google Code will become read-only, meaning users will not be able to edit or change existing projects. As the name suggests, however, users will be able to read and view project source until January 25, 2016 when the project hosting service will be closed completely. If you have a project that needs to be migrated off of Google Code, the company suggests you use the Google Code to GitHub exporter tool.

Paytm and Ratan Tata "There is no better adviser. Mobile commerce has taken off incredibly fast"

Paytm Becomes Ratan Tata’s 5th Ecommerce Investment

As per reports coming in, Ratan Tata has invested an undisclosed amount in Paytm, India’s largest mobile ecommerce company. This makes Ratan Tata’s 5th venture into ecommerce space.
Ratan Tata, Chairman emeritus of $100 billion Tata Sons, investment in Paytm reflects the confidence and emphasis towards ecommerce companies in India.

Vijay Shekhar Sharma, founder of Paytm said, “I’m happy that someone like him (Tata) has put his faith and trust in our values and mission. There is no better adviser. Mobile commerce has taken off incredibly fast.” On March 3rd, Vijay had shared a selfie with Ratan Tata with this caption: “My selfie moment with the most humble person I know.” It seems that the meeting was held regarding this investment purpose only.

Right now, Paytm is growing at a breakneck speed, clocking in Gross Merchandize Value (GMV) of Rs 16 crore daily and more than 3,00,000 transactions daily. About 25 million users have an active wallet with Paytm, having an average deposit of Rs 150. They have plans to have 100 million active wallets and $4 billion of GMV by 2015 end.
Buoyed by $575 million investment by Alibaba early this year, Paytm is right on course to take on Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal in coming days. They were earlier awarded as India’s best digital wallet by IAMAI.

Ratan Tata’s Ecommerce Journey

Ratan started his ecommerce journey with a disclosed investment in Snapdeal in August last year. We had reported that how this marks a new phase in the Indian ecommerce industry as a veteran investing in a young startup, engaged in a young industry improves the credibility of the whole eco-system. After Snapdeal, Ratan Tata invested in Bluestone, which is an online jewellery portal started by IIT graduates. Considering that Tata owns their own jewellery chain Tanishq, this investment raised quite a few eyebrows.

Later, in the month of November last year, Ratan Tata made another investment in the ecommerce space: Urban Ladder, which had already raised venture capital from SAIF Partners and Kalaari Capital same month. Last month, Ratan Tata created ripples across the startup community when he made another personal investment in another ecommerce startup: GirnarSoft, which runs popular portals Cardekho, Pricedekho, Gaadi and Bikedekho.

Tata Motors, which owns international automobile brands Jaguar and Land Rover brands, along with manufacturing their line of cars, trucks and SUVs. This investment was again talked and debated as industry watchers are trying to understand Ratan Tata’s objectives and plans regarding these investments. And now, his investment in mobile commerce leader Paytm has again created ripples across the eco system. Without doubt, the mentorship and guidance which Ratan Tata brings to the table is certainly invaluable for any startup.

How to hide your personal details in Facebook 14 Steps find out easy way..!!!

Enable some step what you want or Go Completely Invisible On Facebook

Facebook doesn't exactly make it easy for you to stay off its radar. Some people don't like getting random friend requests or awkward messages from long-forgotten friends. Some people just want to use Facebook to keep up with others but don't want others to be able to keep up with them.

When you're finished with this process, no one but you will be able to see your Facebook activity, view your photos, or see where you've checked in. Your current friends will still be able to view your basic profile there's no way around this but all your activities will be blank.

You don't have to block all the features we suggest. You can pick and choose.

  1. First, click on the lock icon in the upper right corner of your profile. Then click "See More Settings."
  2. This brings you to the "Privacy Settings and Tools" menu. Now, you'll need to change "Who Can See My Future Posts?" to "Only Me."
  3. Next, you can change who can see your past posts by clicking "Limit Past Posts" and confirming the change. This will make it so your past posts are only visible to your friends, instead of the public or "friends of friends."
  4. Next, switch "Who can send you friend requests" from "Everyone" to "Friends of friends." This will cut down on the number of random friend requests you receive.
  5. To limit who can contact you privately via your inbox, change "Whose messages do I want filtered into my inbox" from "Basic" to "Strict" filtering.
  6. To prevent people from finding you using your Facebook email, change "Who can look you up using the email address you provided?" from "Everyone" to "Friends."
  7. Same thing goes for "Who can look you up using the phone number you provided?" Change it from "Everyone" to "Friends."
  8. This one's important. In order to prevent people who Google your name from being able to see a preview of your public Facebook Timeline, make sure you uncheck "Do you want other search engines to link to your Timeline?"
  9. Next, click on "Timeline and Tagging Settings" to limit who can post and see things to your Timeline. Make sure you change "Who can post on your timeline," "Who can see posts you're tagged in on your timeline," "Who can see what others post to your timeline," and "When you're tagged in a post, who do you want to add to the audience if they can already see it" all to "Only Me."
  10. Now you'll want to give yourself a chance to review any posts or pictures you're tagged in. Change "Review posts that friends tag you in before they appear on your timeline" and "Review tags people add to your own posts before the tags appear on Facebook" both to "On." Then change "Who sees tag suggestions when photos that look like you are uploaded" to "No one."
  11. Facebook also allows your followers, along with your friends, to see your public posts. To make sure your posts are only visible to your friends and not followers, change "Who can follow me" from "Everybody" to "Friends."
  12. Next, click on the "Adverts" section on the left menu. This lets you choose if you want your name or social actions paired with an advertisements. For "Third-party sites," select "No one," and then "Save changes" to prevent this. Then, do the same for "Adverts and friends" below.
  13. We're almost done! Head on over to the "Apps" menu to change what information of yours apps can see. To prevent them from seeing your information, change "Apps, Websites, and Plug-Ins" to from "Enabled" to "Disabled." This will also automatically update "Apps others use" so your friends can't see your info if you've used the same app.
  14. Lastly, you can control who sees your posts uploaded from old, outdated Facebook apps on old phones by changing the "Old versions of Facebook for mobile" to "Only Me." After that, you're all set! You can now browse Facebook without broadcasting your every move.
